This week we read 'Little Red Riding Hood' and talked about what makes a good story. We learnt that stories need a setting, characters, a problem and solution (beginning, middle and end), and used our knowledge of these components to create a story map for 'Little Red Riding Hood'! We are working really hard to learn our alphabet letters and sounds! Every week we do different activities and games to help us practise. Below are just a few of our favourite activities from this week!
It was fun using our knowledge of shapes to make our paper craft mice! This was linked to our study of Hickory Dickory Dock, so was a perfect art activity to sing along to! We hope you like it :)
